Committed Businesspeople

The founding fathers were Edgar Herzer and Dr. Armin Leebmann. Dr. Leebmann was the engine of growth in Lower Bavaria until he resigned in 1990. Shortly after, Dr. Gerhard Senghaas joined the firm. He played a significant role in developing and forming the skills of the Consilia Group over the following four decades. Since the early 1990s, the circle of partners has expanded steadily - with Helmut Bernhard as well as the people who manage the Consilia Group today: at first Johann Moser and Stefan Herzer, Dr. Ingo Bak and Wolfgang Stamnitz, then Dr. Konrad Roßmayer, Dr. Andreas Hofner, Thomas Schneider as well as Maximilian Reichert and Knut Werblow.
